THE HOME.

SWEET MEMORIES. We have lived together ’neath a friendly family roof; eaten orchard apples, and shared a crusty loaf; shared so many little things; earthly and divine. (0 there's something in the elan life that's very sweet and fine!) We have picke'd the noonday flowers, and sung a mdonligth song. We have linked our hands and hearts, when the way seemed long. We have talked o’ night-times when the cosy hearthflre, gleamed, and Love has scattered stardust in the little dreams we’ve dreamed. For some of us our * dreams came true; to some Life brought but pain. Some wear their roses, some their rue . i. . but all go home again, to the friendly little homestead where our mingled lives began; and we share the joys and sorrows- round the hearthstone of the clan!
