In the second innings Surrey made 260 for seven wickets. The innings was declared. Hobbs (in) made 14-3. Jagger took live wickets for 74 runs. Cambridge in the first innings made 179. Cambridge won j by six wickets. j Kent, in the first innings against I Middlesex, made 247. C. Knott made 72. Durston took 5 for 68. In the Fecond innings Kent made 227, Knott (in) 62. Durston took 5 for 59. Middlesex in the first innings made 4SB (Hearne 58, Cnthberton 58, Hendren 240). Middlesex won by an innings and 20 runs. Playing for Yorkshire against Glam- . organ, Sutcliffe made 121, Holmes 130, and Robinson (not- out) 108. Yorkshire won. For Warwick against Leicester, Smith made 134. Howell took 8 for 65. Warwick won. For Worcester against Notts, lioot toolf 6 for 77. Notts won. For Sussex against Gloucester Tate in the first innings took seven for 6*5, and in the second six for 36. Sussex won.
