A motor bus carrying two bags containing £143, ~the- day's takings of thp Track Motors Proprietary, was standing outside the company's office in Garden Vale, when a masked man presented a revolver at the driver, compelling him to leave the vehicle. The intruder took his place and drove away. Later the abandoned bus was found at Elsternwick. One bag containing £130 was still aboard. The other with £13 was missing.
