REDEMPTION UNDERTAKEN.

OTTAWA, March 21
The "Catholic Herald" states that the Irish Free State has undertaken to redeem in 1927 bonds to the value of £3,000,000 issued chiefly in the United States to finance the Republican struggle. The bondholders will be asked to employ the money in financing various industrial enterprises in Ireland. — Renter.
