ANNUAL MEETING.

• ROTORUA, This Day. The annual masting of the United Press Association was held yesterday, Mr P. S.elig presiding. Sir George Fenwiek and Mr C. S. Smith were re-elected directors, and Mr O. G. Kembler was appointed auditor. Dunedin was unanimously chosen for the next place of meeting. At a subsequent meeting of the directors Mr C. S. Smith (Dunedin "Star") was elected chairman. —Press Assn.
