MR KIRK WOOD'S DISCLOSURE. (Received 9.50 a.m) - LONDON, February 24. Mr Kirkwood asserts that Mr Ramsay Mac Donald presided at a meeting of the Labour Executive whieh appointed Mr Kirkwood spokesman for the attack on the Prince of Wales' tour.—Sun.
