FOR ALLBLACKS. RAROTONGA PREPARING. WELLINGTON, This Day. The Minister in charge of the Cook Islands (Sir Maui Pomare) has sent a telegram to the Administrator saying that he is sure the residents of Raratonga will take the opportunity of fittingly welcoming the All Blacks when the Tahiti, which leaves San Francisco today, calls there.'
The Residency is making arrangements, subject to the vessel's movements, to entertain the All Blacks at dinner and a ball on the evening of March 9, and to t-ike tlieni for a tour of the island next dayl—Press Assn.
