LEGISLATURE AMENDMENT

(Special to "Northern Advocate.") WELLINGTON, This Day.

Soon after the House met to-day the Prime Minister indicated that he intended to adopt a fresh course respecting the Legislature Amendment Bill, introduction of which had been talked out on several occasions. He said that he was not going to have the whole business of the session held up for this measure and he intended to ask the House to strike the bill off the order paper and bring in another bill by Governor-Gen eraFs message. It would not be the same bill though it would boar the same title.
