NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. "VTOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Whangarei County Council held on Friday the Bth day of August, 1924, the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for Confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on FRIDAY, the 12th day of September, 1924, at 10 a.m. at the Council Chambers, Whangarei: RESOLUTION That in exercise of the pow r ers conferred on it by Section .131 (c) of "The Counties Act .1920" the Whangarei County Council resolves by way of Special Order as follows: — 1. That Clnuso Five (5) of Special Order passed by the said Council on the 13th day of .Tune, 1924, and confirmed on the .11th day of July declaring the Whangarei--Kiripaka road a Main County Road, be Amended by reducing the length of the said road to a distance of Five miles from the Whangarei Borough Boundary(starting from the said Borough. Boundary). 2. That in addition to the roads already declared by the said Council to be Meiin County Roads, the following additional road be declared a Main County Road: — "The HikurangiMania Road, from the Hikurangi Town Board Boundary for a distance of Five miles therefrom." The said Special Order to take effect as from the 13th day of September, 1924.
