(Received 9.15 a.m.) ' LONDON, August 23. ; The Prince of Wales unexpectedly arrived at Ryde Pier last night and drove to Nunwell Brading prior to embarking on the Berangaria this morning, for his American and Canadian tour, in which great interest is taken among his fellow passengers.
