At the Supreme Court to-day tlie following sentences were passed: Fredrick Milroy, theft of Government moneys, two years' probation; Arthur George Edlin, incest, three years , reformative treatment; Jack Wilmott Fink, uttering, 12 months' hard labour; Herbert Hsrold Payne, breaking, entering and theft, 18 months; Robert Henry, theft, forgery and uttering, 18 months' hard labour.—Press Assn.
