(Beceived 10.45 a.m.) CAPETOWN, August 20. Tlio members of the Australian and New Zealand Empire Parliamentary delegations arrived at Durban and were welcomed by the Mayor and lending citizens. Senator Givens, of Australia, replying to tlie Mayor, expressed the hope that the visit would cement closcv the ties which should subsist among sister Dominions. Sir J. P. Luke replied for New Zealand. A scries of social and other functions lias been arranged in honour of the visitors.—A. and N.Z.
