CRUISER INTERCHANGE.
EVERY THREE YEARS. (Received 1.1 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. Arrangements have been completed for an interchange of cruisers between the Australian and Imperial fleets every throe years. An Australian cruiser will sojourn with the British Navy and will be replaced by a British cruiser with a British personnel on the Australian Station.—A. and N.Z.
