FIRST COMMITTEE AGREES. TRENCH PROPOSAL. COMMISSION CHANGES VENUE. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 31. An official conwnunique states that the "Reparations Commission Tienceforth will officially Sit in London to deal with questions arising 'out of the Dawes report.
Another cfetnmunique announcing the agreement of the First Committee declares that the effectiveness of the •agreement depends on the successful conclusion of the work of the Third Committee, which is considering '©titer parts of the French proposal.
The communique adds that the prospect of 'the Third Committee reaching an agreement appears hopeful. It should be noted that the Third Committee is not dealing with evacuation of "the Ruhr, which is outside the scope of the present Conference and will be discussed jointly with the Germans.- — Reiiter.
