DISAPPOINTMENT.
! FOR SYDNEY AUDIENCE. ACCIDENT TO LECTURER. (Received 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. A large gathering at the University last night to hear Professor John Adams lecture was disappointed owing to an accident. He fell downstairs -*at a club. His injuries were slight, but as a precautionary measure he was removed to hospital. It is expected that he will be able to resume his activities in a day or two. —A. and N.Z.
