DAVIS CUP MATCHES. POSTPONEMENT NECESSITATED. (Received 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 28. The "Daily Chronicle ,, says that Captain Kingscote is definitely ing after the Davis Cup matches against France. Owing to incessant rain at Eastbourne the Davis Cup doubles were postponed till to-morrow. —Eeuter.
