(Received 9 a.m.)

SYDNEY, This Day. v i Mrs Audrey Tonks, a recent arrival from New Zealand, was found dead in a flat at Coogee with her head inside the stove and the gas turned on. It is also believed that she had previously taken a strong dose of poison. She left a letter stating that , her lonliness was unbearable.
