MIN RIVER OVERFLOW.
RICE CROPS RUINED. MANY LIVES LOST; (Received 1.20 p.m.) PEKIN, June 24. Damage estimated at millions of dollars has been cauSed in the neighbourhood of Foochow by the flooding of the Min River. It is reported that the lice crops are probably ruined. Poo-r-how is extensively flooded and many lives have been lost. —A. and N.Z.
