RUSSIANS IN CUSTODY. EXPULSION FROM ROUMANIA. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, June 4. The "Daily Express' " Sofia correspondent says that a message from Bucharest, the first since the censorship, states that the arsenal victims included 70 soldiers, seven officers and 13 civilians. The flames were seen in Bulgaria at a distance of 50 miles. Many Russians have been arrested and will be expelled. —A. and N.Z.
