INQUIRY SUSPENDED. (Received 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. In response to direction from the State Executive of the Australian Labour Party, Mr Carbines, New South Wales representative on the Federal Executive, withdrew from the Federal Committee which was inquiring into the ballot box scandals; consequently the committee has suspended its investigations until further direction is obtained from the Federal Executive. —A. aftd N.Z. j
