ALLEGED BANK FRAUDS.
UNFOUNDED REPORT. (Received 11.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. In the House of Representatives, Dr. Earle Page, speaking on the alleged bank note frauds, said that the acting Government of the Bank states that close investigation has not disclosed any fraud, though it is possible that there have been minor irregularities, but the amount cannot be large. Tlie Auditor-General concurs in this view.— A. and N.Z.
