THE JUBILEE CELEBRATION. WELLINGTON, This Day. The Town Ilall was crowded last - night when a public reception was tendered to Archbishop Redwood on the occasion of his golden jubilee. Many P were unable to gain admission. Archbishop O'Shea welcomed those present. Addresses from the Hierarchy, the Episcopate in New Zealand, the priests and laity, the Hibernian Society, children, the Early Settlers' '' Association find St. Patrick's College Old Boys, and from the University : Chancellor, were presented to His 1 Grace, who returned thanks. —Press Assn.
