EXCEPTIONALLY NUMEROUS. WHANGAREI CASES MENTIONED. | AUCKLAND, This Day. At the Supreme Court Robert James. Brydon, charged with theft at Hamilton and forgery at Auckland, having a bad record, was sentenced to two j years' imprisonment on each charge, j the sentences to be cumulative. i William Bradley appeared on 52 ] charges of forgery and uttering value- ] less cheques. There being fifteen j more charges from Whangarei, the hearing was adjourned. Percy Edmondson pleaded guilty to forgery and tittering and was sentenced to two years' reformative treatment. Rowland Henry Whippcy for forgery and uttering was also sentenced to j two years' reformative treatment. — Press Assn. I
