"Here we are holding a tempcrancc meeting in Oamaru and not a single drunk to liven up the proceedings," said Mr L. M. Isitt, M.P., on Monday evening. "However," said Mr Isitt, "no-license has altered all that in Oamaru." —"North Otago Times."
