PRINCE'S GENEROUS ACT,

The Prince of Wales, recognising the necessity for long preparation of animals, has, in reply to the Hurlingham Polo Committee's appeal for polo ponies for the 19iJ4 test matches against America, offered his whole stud 'without reserve or conditions. He suggests that thev should be put into the common stock, entirely at the disposal of the Hurlingham Committee I .;—' United Service. .
