TRENTHAM RACECOURSE FIRE.
LOOSE BOXES DESTROYED.
WELLINGTON, This Day. A fire at Trentham racecourse, which destroyed 24 loose boxes, broke out at 6 o'clock last night and spread rapidly. The cause is unknown*. The property was well insured, but the happening ' coming soon before thfc winter meeting will be embarrassing to trainers, who will have to use private boxes. —Press Assn. »
