SQUALLY INTERLUDES. Mr I\. K. Wraggc telegraphed to tlic "Advocate" at 9 a.m. to-day as follows. — Forecast for four days—The Antarctic disturbance Oberon lias unexpectedly developed a second centre, the emerging near side of which still operates. Thus passing rain squalls from west-south-west to south-west are likely, with intervals of clearing sky, followed afterwards by temporary improvement under the approach of a moderate high pressure system. Sea tougliish to moderating.
