STRONG OBJECTION MADE. WASHINGTON, March 13. In the House the Appropriations' Committee reported the Army Appropriation 1511 j, providing for a reduction of the Army to 115,000 privates, notwithstanding objections by Mr Harding and General Pershing, who desired to have at least 130,000. —A. and N.Z.
