NATIVES FIND A SHIRT GISBORNE, This Day. Mr Nolan in opening the ease for the Crown, mentioned that since the healing in the lower Court some fresh evidence Lad been discovered. Some weeks ago Natives collecting fungus found a shirt that belongod to Eutene and th:it he was seen wearing before the murder. There were some dark stains upon it. The Natives put it back in a log. Detective McLeod had gone to to investigate, and evidence would bo brought to show that the shirt had boon removed by the prisoner's mother, torn up and thrown into a creek. Detect've McLeod, however, had succeded in finding portions of the shirt in the stream. —Press Assn.
