Sterling, ibut tho statements of the captain and mate will be taken by the American Consul in Auckland and forwarded to the State D: ;•:<!•)mont. Tihe Consul is looking after the interests of the men. He has provided thorn with complete outfits and their expenses while in Auckland. Having shipped in Sydney the mm have expressed a desire to rotura there. They will leave by the Mniheno next week. —Press Assn.
