| DEFINED BY MINISTER, I WELLINGTON, This Day. The attitude of the Government in •'he administration of the censorship is stated clearly by Sir Francis Bell, Acting-Prime Minister, in a letter sent by him to .Mr H. E. Holland, M.P., in reply 1o a protest against banning of certain publications. The Minister states that the Government puts no restrictions on the expression of opinions, but will not permit the advocacy of violence and bloodshed, —Press Assn.
