LjPr. von Simons', German Foreign in the course of an interview <• said - that he accepted Mr Lloyd George's formula, as approved by the House of Commons, that Germany •should pay 'to the limit of her capacity, "but he rejected the methods proposed bv M. Briand. The latter'a plan would •compel German industrial magnates to realise their wealth to pay Germany's ■V -creditors, and this was not acceptable.
