MIXED GEORGIAN AFFAIRS CONTRADICTORY ACCOUNTS (Received 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, Feb 23. Reports as to the portion at Tifln are conflicting. Georgian Govern, mcnt telegrams state that it lias no; fallen. The Constantinople correspondent of the "Times'" -tates that anarch? and pillage are rampant in Tiflis, du.i to Bolshevik agents 'demoralising the Georgian Army, which later melted away allowing the Bolshevik army to capture the town without resistant. Another Bolshevik army i* marching upon Batoum, on which the Turkish ariny is also marching. The Moslem population will cei'tainly support the latter. —Times.
