i (Sections of the Waziri tribesmen continue recalcitrant. After the British •expedition had destroyed the village of Hakim the tribesmen surrendered more rifles in accordance •with -the terms of the recent agreement.
Tie Mahsuds also continue attacks on (British pickets and convoys. As
a result of skirmishes a number of -casualties hav e been reported on both sides. —Reuter.
