An Auckland telegraphic message j to-day states that Mr Hark Giles has been reappointed Conciliation Com- ] missioner for a fifth term of three j ;> ears. Mr Robert Royburn, weil known as one of Whangarei's earliest residents, returned to his hom e in Auckland to-day after a visit here extending sinc e last Saiuiday.
