He with the donkeyman, named Ross, who refused to leave Oapvain Winther, lived till they were picked up and throughout .the tow in a small boat "at the stern of the Incsv which was then practically uri'ier water. The rescue by. the-Cosmos and the tow was a fine piece of seamanship.— A. andN.Z.
