Mir Storey, questioned in the Assembly respecting the American loan report, said he would consider the matter if ,the terms were favourable, hut he had no intention of acting at present

Sir Joseph Cook, referring to the suggested American loan, said it was interesting, but he would like to know the rate of interest and condition?.
