Drastic orders have been issued for the xfe&ulatMMi of coal and fuel sup-| plies. Illuminated sky signs and advertisements in London ihave been prohibited, and streets iamd slhops flre darkened as during the war. Factories using gas, electricity or coal are restricted to one'wihalf their recent average consumption. Householders are being rationed. The sugar ration wEI be a half-pound weekly. Hoarding will lb c restricted to one week's supply of food. There are ample stJocks of motor spirit and oil fuel to meet all transport requireraewts. ..
