WHEAT PRICE BASIS. SYDNEY, This Day. Mr W. F. Dunn (Minister of Agri- - - told a deputation of -wheat- • growers that wheat was not easily sold. ' - Whilst the prices would be reasonable, there would bo no fabulous prices. He was introducing a bill to give them the world's parity, which, may or not fall below the fiat rate which he suggested previously. The executive of the Australian Labour party recommended the Government to buy .wheat based on the cost of production for local consumption, and to obtain the best possible price for the exportable surplus.—A. and N.Z.
