Appellant had been eonvictea atl Wellington and fined £100 for selling two bottles of Mellin 's Food at 7s, on the ground that this was an unreasonably high price. The appellant, had purchased the f 'F.ood" at 25s 6d per dozen and his former price had been 2s 9d per bottle.
