THE ARGENTINE DILEMMA
SALE SOLUTION. (Received 11.5 a.m.) BUENOS AYRES, Sept. 20. Tho Government submitted to Congress a project to facilitate the sale and export of enormous s.ocks of wool, amounting to 22,471,231 kilograms, accumulated in Argentina, which, if sanctioned, will result in easy disposal to foreign* countries, who will receive two years' credit. The Italian Government has offered to purchase 50,000 tons. —A. and N.Z.
