CHRISTIANIA, July 21
Dr. Nansen, who has returned from Russia, states that there are still two hundred thousand, mostly central European prisoners, in Siberia an 4 Turkestan. Fifteen thousand prisoners in Siberia can be sent home via Vladivostok. —A. and N.Z.
