The morning's discussion was confined to the first two. Financial experts were charged with the preparation of the text which had been agreed upon for presentation at the evening conference. Similarly military experts are preparing a draft, of the notification v, Germany regarding disarmament, boMi of effectives and material. The conference, as regands reparations, agreed upon the principle that the annual minimum payment by G.srmany should be three milliards of gold marks, or nominally £150,000,000 yearly or a total o* £4,500,000,000.— Renter.
