A Hytho Conference communique slates: "The French Government has accepted the suggestion of the British Government that the rate at which tho German Government is carrying into execution the clause.-.; of the Treaty of Vensailles which relate to disarmaments, is profoundly unsatisfactory. The two Governments therefore have agreed to recommend to the Inter-Mlied Conference at Boulogne that Iheir military advisers be instructed to concert at once on proposals foil accelerating the execution of the clause,» c<f the Treaty of Peace dealing with German armaments, both men and m&Urial.—Thuter.
