ALIEN ADMISSIONS.
FRENCH SAFEGUARDS. RIGID CONDITIONS. (Received 9.5 a.m.) PARIS, Feb. 9. The new Aliens Bill proposes stringent rides with reference to the admission of foreigners, including Allied sub-. jects. All must register and produce an identification card with a photograph. Foreigners will not be permitted to engage in certain businesses without n special permit.—A. and N.Z.
