(Received S a.m.) LONDON, Feb. S. Replying to Viscount Haldane's opinion that the Liberal Parly is passing and its future lies with Labour, Air Asquith is reported to have replied: "What nonsense. The Liberal party was never so vigorous since the war ended.'' Lady Bonham Carter continues to be one of her father's best assets. Bhe told a women's meeting that without Liberalism they would be between the Coalition devil and tho Labour deep sea. —A. and X.Z.
