CONGESTED BERLIN
SLEEPING CARS PROVIDED
(Received 9.45 a.m.) BERLIN, Feb. 8. Owing to lack of accommodation in the Berlin hotels the railway ad ministration has placed at the disposal of shelterless visitors sleeping cars containing 320 beds, and is promising sixteen other cars.—A, and N.Z.
