PRESIDENT'S APPROVAL
OF HITCHCOCK RESERVATIONS,
(Received 8.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 7. President Wilson has written to Senator Hitchcock approving the reservations to the Peace Treaty which Senator Hitchcock presented at the recent conferences. The Republican letter was written prior to Viscount Grey's letter. —A. and N.Z.
