NEW YORK, Jan. 10.
The "Chicago Examiner ,, and allied newspapers announce that they are starting a suit for two hundred thousand pounds sterling aaginst the Canadian Minister of Commerce for stopping the export of paper to fill American contracts.
The Canadian officials regard the threat as American bluff. They point out that the Canadian Government cannot be sued without its own consent. —Router.
