It, is intimated that the Cabinet has decided to send a strong protest requesting China to control the anti.Tapanesc movements, which have assumed large proportions in Shanghai, Nanking, Woochang, Hankow, and other cities in the Yang-tse-Kiang region.—A. and N.Z.
